Hotel

The meeting will be in the Inntel Hotel Rotterdam Centre (Leuvehaven 80, 3011 EA Rotterdam, Tel  +31 (0)10 413 4139, www.inntelhotelsrotterdamcentre.nl) and the registration fee includes a hotel room + breakfast for the nights of 23 and 24 August, unless you indicated otherwise.

Transport to Rotterdam

If you arrive at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, the easiest way to get to Rotterdam is to take the train. Information on train schedules can we found at www.ns.nl. Tickets for the train can be bought at the ticket machines, at the counter or in advance via www.ns.nl. If you get out of the station at Rotterdam Central, the easiest is to go to the subway and get out at station Leuvehaven, which is in front of the hotel. Subway tickets can be bought at the RET service centre at Rotterdam Central station (see the attached RET-folder). By taxi it takes about 10 minutes to get from Rotterdam Central station to the hotel and this will cost about 15 Euro.

 

ReceptionCity Hall

On Tuesday Night we will have a reception in the City Hall, indicated in purple on the map. This is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

 

Transport to Amsterdam

Bus transport from the hotel to Amsterdam for Wednesday, the last day of the meeting, is organized. We will arrive in Amsterdam around 10.00 hr.
